Accessibility statement

Our aim

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We have not completed a full accessibility audit and do not claim conformance.

Recent checks and changes

We replaced the booking calendar with a labelled, standard date dropdown. Booking errors link to the relevant fields, and confirmation details receive focus after a successful free booking.

Development checks covered tab access to the date field, error recovery and page layouts at widths from 320 to 1280 pixels. These checks used automated browser inspection and simulated booking responses.

Checks still needed

We still need to test the complete booking and payment journey with screen readers and with people using assistive technology. Cross-browser keyboard testing, enlarged text and a complete colour-contrast review remain part of our testing work.

Online booking uses JavaScript and paid classes use Stripe’s checkout. You can contact us for help booking if either creates a barrier.

Access at our sessions

Ask us about the venue entrance, toilets, privacy arrangements or the walking route before travelling. We are gathering more detailed access information for the activity pages.
