Ask us for the meeting point, route distance, surfaces, rest stops and toilet access before you travel. You can email us; joining a WhatsApp group is not required.
These sessions are for women aged 18 and over. Whether you can bring a baby or a child with you depends on the session and how busy it is that week, so ask us before you book. For indoor sessions, contact us about the room, staff access or photography if you need to check privacy arrangements.
