Who we are

Her Way Forward CIC (Company No. 16948255) operates community wellbeing programmes for women in Wandsworth, London. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website and our programmes.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, volunteer form, or sign up for sessions, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and any message you choose to send. We also collect your email if you subscribe to our newsletter.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, manage session bookings, coordinate volunteers, and send community updates (only if you opted in). We do not sell or rent your personal information. To run the service we rely on a few companies that handle data for us: Airtable stores form and booking entries, Resend sends confirmation emails, Stripe takes payment for paid sessions, and Vercel hosts the site. Each is used only to deliver what is described on this page.

How we store it

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard tools. We retain personal information for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, after which it is deleted. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@herwayforward.co.uk.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies at all. Google Analytics used to run here and was removed in August 2026, so nothing on the site now stores an identifier on your device or follows you between visits.

Vercel, who host the site, count page views and measure how fast pages load. That runs from va.vercel-scripts.com, so it is a request to another company, but it sets no cookies and does not identify you.
