Our free Monday session, Time for Tea, Time for Me, brings women together for colouring, herbal tea and conversation. It runs from 9–10am, before Fitwell in the same hall.

What to bring

Tea and colouring materials are provided.

Tea first, fitness afterwards

Choose colouring, tea or a conversation at the table. For tea ingredients or an allergy question, contact the team before your visit. Fitwell starts in the same hall at 10am and costs £5. Please book a separate place if you’d like to stay for the class.

Access and arrival

Ask us about the entrance, step-free access, toilets or any privacy arrangements you need before you travel.

These sessions are for women aged 18 and over. For indoor sessions, contact us about the room, staff access or photography if you need to check privacy arrangements.

What happens?

A free women-only hour of mindful colouring and herbal tea tasting in Battersea, Wandsworth. It runs in the hour before the Fitwell class, so you can stay on for that if you want to.

You can come on your own or with a friend. If you have a question before choosing a date, contact the team.

For changes or cancellations, email info@herwayforward.co.uk. A WhatsApp group is available for community updates, but you don’t need to join it to ask for session details.
