What happens?

Women-only gentle movement in Battersea, Wandsworth. Beginners welcome. Mats are provided; wear comfortable clothes you can move in.

You can come on your own or with a friend. If you have a question before choosing a date, contact the team.

For changes or cancellations, email info@herwayforward.co.uk. A WhatsApp group is available for community updates, but you don’t need to join it to ask for session details.

Comfortable clothes and water. Mats are provided; you can bring your own.

Moving at your own pace

Fitwell welcomes beginners. You can take a break during the class. Ask us about gentler options or an adaptation you need before booking.

If the £5 fee is a barrier, ask us privately about a free or reduced-cost place.

Access and arrival

Ask us about the entrance, step-free access, toilets or any privacy arrangements you need before you travel.

These sessions are for women aged 18 and over. Whether you can bring a baby or a child with you depends on the session and how busy it is that week, so ask us before you book. For indoor sessions, contact us about the room, staff access or photography if you need to check privacy arrangements.
